This Sunday we need 20 people to volunteer to act as Marshalls on the bike leg of the Gatorade Triathlon being held at Sandringham. All you have to do is stand around and ensure that the public don't wander onto the bike circuit. You will be finished before lunchtime and get a free show bag of goodies. Starts at 5am and you must be over 18 Y.O.
