Whatever we do i hope we get a coach who can commit for a couple of years and as for 2 coaches i dont like that idea mate. too many cooks spoil the broth..........
think the big H would be a good choice good footy brain and knows what he is talking bout. Dont like the idea of two coaches think we just need one and for the players to get behind him i know i will no matter who gets the job.
Pater definite top pick, if he does not want to continue on then H would be more than capable of stepping up to the challenge, he would have the respect of all the players, might even be able to twist his arm and get him to play again like we did with Pates this year. Heater could step up but one more year as assistant would help. Whiskers and Rowla will be playing ones so they can not commit for the entire game. Vinny has had his time in the sun. Carl does not know the players well enough. Joint coaches are a bad idea. Just my 2 cents.

Whiskers, how will you be able to coach and play 1's? It might be a bit hard to leave at three quarter time or half way through last quarter, you wont be able to address the players after the game.
Do I take it by that response that you have been appointed? So then if you are appointed you will not join up with the 1's until basically when the ball is about to be bounced? Is that a good preparation? Or will you have an assistant to take over? Not trying to stir up trouble, just wondering.
