Hey all, It's Cam J here. I am organising the 2008 Skye Footy trip. Just to let everyone know where, when and how much it will be. Ideally, if I can get numbers a.s.a.p to assist with the booking will be much appreciated. Deposit will most likely be required around round 1 08 for $150.
Details as follows:
Gold Coast Leave 9am on Thurs the 9th and Return to Melb about 12pm on Monday the 13th.
Hotel will have 5 per room and is only a 20metre walk to Caville Ave and about 50m to the beach.
Total cost will be $515 which is quite cheap.
I aim to raise about $4k so we will have $1000per day to drink with.
There will be 2 fundraisers through the year on weeks there is no footy.
You will not be able to attend the footy trip unless your subs are paid in full. Have spoken with the Pres and suggested that if you pay your subs bit by bit and want to attend the trip this will be ok. If you contribute the monies to the Pres say $10 subs and $10 trip a week when subs are paid in full the Pres will then hand over the deposit for the trip. If you decide not to go your money can then be used to pay the remaining subs or reimbursed.
Once deposit is received and paid to travel agent. There will be no refunds.
I have allowed for 25 to attend.
Lastly, if you haven't been on a footy trip to Gold Coast you will have a ball.

Hey all. Final monies are due on July 10. No considerations can be made. If money isn't paid in full you forfeit your deposit. Please feel free to pay in installments. Most people are doing $50 per week until July 10.
